The fourth edition of the IFC Food Safety Handbook includes five templates. Linked below, these Microsoft Excel files can be used by readers who are preparing to implement or update their Food Safety Management system. The Pre-Requisite Program (PRP) workbook, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) workbook, Threats Analysis and Critical Control Points (TACCP) workbook, and Vulnerabilities Analysis and Critical Control Points (VACCP) workbook are companion tools to Chapter 3 of the Handbook. Completed examples of these four worksheets can be found in Chapter 3. The fifth template, The Cost of Non-Quality workbook, can be found in Chapter 6 of the Handbook.
