Ethical Principles in Health Care (EPiHC)

An initiative of IFC and the World Bank, is a set of 10 principles to help guide healthcare organizations and insurers when it comes to critical decisions that affect quality and access. EPiHC currently has over 370 signatories and offers healthcare groups a forum for learning about ethical decision making and behavior.

Healthcare Benchmarking

IFC's program for healthcare companies that aim to achieve international standards of performance. Participation enables healthcare organizations to compare their performance against healthcare organizations internationally to identify areas to improve.

IQ-Health

helps health providers improve patient safety, align practices with global quality standards, and build safe health infrastructure. To date, the IFC IQ-Healthcare program helped more than 220 hospitals and clinics in nearly 20 countries.
