IFC’s FY22 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Annual Report demonstrates the corporation’s commitment to strengthening its leadership in the DEI space and in DEI disclosure practices.
During the 2022 fiscal year (FY22), IFC made major strides toward achieving three DEI strategic goals: gender equality, data-driven accountability, and inclusive leadership. This report focuses on these three priorities and provides a compelling DEI narrative for who we are at IFC, what we stand for, our aspirations, and the way DEI is woven into our organization’s DNA.
True to our strategic priority of data-driven accountability, this report shares insights gathered from our data collection and analysis, specifically our gender pay-gap analysis and nationality analysis. We expanded disclosure of our workforce representation beyond nationality and gender to include race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and disability status. The report is forward-looking and focuses on the work that needs to be done, demonstrating that we are action-oriented, intentional, and accountable.
