About the Conference

IFC’s 10th Global Education Conference, “Building Skills for Tomorrow’s Jobs,” will explore how AI and the rapid transformation of work are reshaping higher education and what providers need to do to be prepared for the future of education and employment. 

Global improvements in access to higher education have helped millions move out of poverty and find jobs.  Yet today’s AI-driven world demands a new generation of skills: adaptability, creativity, and digital fluency. As technology evolves, so must higher education and how industries train and upskill workers.
