The World Bank Group Hybrid Seminar on Latin America 

この度、世界銀行グループにおいてラテンアメリカ・カリブ海地域を担当する副総裁の来日にあわせ、10月22日(木)午前９時より、ラテンアメリカに関するハイブリッドセミナーを開催いたします。

同地域における民間投資のさらなる促進を目指し、本セミナーでは今後の経済見通しに加え、雇用創出と経済発展に向けて最も効果が高い分野として世界銀行グループが注力するエネルギー、アグリビジネス、製造業などの分野における業界動向や、世界銀行グループが提供する主な支援プログラムについてご説明させていただきます。さらに、ベネズエラ経済に関し、世界銀行グループによる分析及び経済復興に向けて今後必要とされる民間投資に向けた取組みについてもご紹介いたします。

The World Bank Group is pleased to invite you to a hybrid seminar on Latin America, hosted by the World Bank Group’s Vice Presidents for the region, on Thursday, October 22, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am Japan time.

The seminar will explore the region’s economic outlook, the World Bank Group’s activities in the region, as well as the trends in sectors the World Bank Group has identified as the ones with the highest potential to create more and better jobs and drive economic development, with a particular focus on energy, agribusiness, and manufacturing. We will also introduce the World Bank Group's approach to achieving results at scale in Latin American and Caribbean region through the Anchor Programs in these sectors. In addition, we plan to discuss the World Bank Group’s assessments on Venezuela and reconstruction investments needed to support a prompt economic recovery.
