IFC has created an extensive library of termsheet templates for emerging market currency-denominated bonds and related hedges.
Please find below open access to bond and swap termsheet templates for IFC’s funding transactions in a range of currencies. The templates are grouped under “Deliverable” and “Non-Deliverable” currency categories.
IFC produced the templates with input from market participants and reflecting recommended template terms published by EMTA, the trade association for the emerging markets.
IFC has made the templates available solely for use by market participants in connection with the documentation of funding transactions with IFC as an issuer. IFC disclaims liability for any use made of any of the templates by any market participant for any other purpose. IFC plans to update the templates periodically to reflect current trading terms.
