Building Bridges for Growth

IFC and the World Governments Summit will host the first-ever joint Latin America and Caribbean Investment Forum in Dubai. This high-level, invitation-only event will bring together leaders, investors, and heads of state to explore strategic investment opportunities between Latin America and the Caribbean and the United Arab Emirates.

For Latin America and the Caribbean, this forum offers a chance to unlock vital capital aimed at accelerating sustainable development; strengthening critical sectors like agribusiness, food security, infrastructure, logistics, mining and critical minerals, tourism, and real estate; and creating jobs—the heart of the World Bank Group’s mission.

For the United Arab Emirates, the event is an opportunity to support economic diversification and allow companies to venture into the dynamic markets of Latin America and the Caribbean, fostering South-South cooperation and long-term growth. 

This Forum will foster a dialogue on cross-border investments, promote opportunities to forge partnerships in sectors with transformative potential, and provide insights from global leaders on building an investment corridor between the United Arab Emirates and Latin America and the Caribbean.
