Davide Suverato

Davide Suverato is a senior economist at i-MIP at PSE and is affiliated with CESifo and the Baffi Research Center at Bocconi University. His research focuses on international trade, quantitative spatial general equilibrium models, and dynamic stochastic optimal control. Before joining i-MIP, he developed frameworks on how trade policy affects the demand for scarce resources, import prices, and the organization of conglomerate firms, with work published in the Canadian Journal of Economics in the Journal of International Economics and in CEPR discussion papers. His current research studies how trade policy shocks affect resource reallocation, investment in product quality innovation, and market concentration in the global economy under uncertainty.
