Sustainability Training and E-Learning Program (STEP)

This program has been designed for managers and staff of financial institutions (FIs) including banks, private equity funds, leasing companies and microfinance institutions. STEP is based on the face to face Competitive Business Advantage (CBA) training which IFC has been offering to financial institutions since 1997. This e-training represents the next generation of products designed to help financial institutions better understand sustainable finance, social and environmental risk management and explore sustainability-related business opportunities.

It will take you approximately 3 hours to complete the training. The bookmarking capability of this training will enable you to proceed at your own pace. You will be able to stop at any time and then begin where you left off at a later time. At the end of the training you will receive a certificate of completion.

How to register:

1. Download and fill in the registration form [Excel].
2. Send the registration form to imorar@ifc.org.
3. Once your account is created you will receive the email with the link to the training and log in information.
4. You can now access STEP. Good luck!
