CEO, mOm Incubator

James Roberts trained as a product designer having obtained 1st class honours at Loughborough University. In 2014 he was awarded the global Sir James Dyson award for innovation for his project, mOm the inflatable incubator. Since then, he has gone on to be inducted into the Royal Academy of Engineers, named as a MD-DI MedTech rising star as well as a MIT 35 under 35 fellow.

After University James decided to start a company to help bring the mOm innovation to market. He has been lucky enough to be joined by an A-list group of people, who have helped take the concept to market. The Incubator has now been fully developed, is regulated having received CE marking, and has saved lives both in the NHS and overseas.
