Without a certified food safety management system (Codex Alimentarius Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) or ISO 22000), food manufacturers cannot assure consumer protection and risk expensive, company destroying recalls. This comprehensive program provides ready-to-use modules to train staff on key issues underlying food safety programs. It includes hygiene and food safety-oriented training modules, teaching notes, and simple quizzes to measure student understanding.
