During this quarter (July-September 2010), two new disbursements were made to Rabobank Netherlands and to Standard Chartered Bank. As of September 30, 2010, the cumulative disbursement of GTLP reached US$3.27 billion. On July 1, 2010, a new Africa exclusive risksharing facility, GTLP Citibank-Africa was signed. We hope that this will help us further expand our reach in Africa.
