The World Bank Group Young Professionals Program (WBG YPP) offers opportunities within IFC, MIGA, and the World Bank. The Program aims to recruit and develop future leaders who will collaborate across our institutions on joint WBG solutions to development challenges.

IFC placement through the WBG YPP provides a unique opportunity for young professionals who have a passion for private sector development in emerging markets and developing economies.

The WBG YPP will be accepting applications on behalf of the three institutions (IFC, MIGA, and the World Bank) from mid-June to mid-July. Applications will also be accepted from mid-August to end of September for IFC and MIGA, only.  Please check back in early June for finalized dates.
