Carmen De Paula
Carmen Valeria De Paula is IFC’s Principal Investment Officer responsible for health and education investments in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
Prior to joining IFC, Carmen worked for UniCredit Markets and Investments Banking and Banco Bozano, Simonsen. She has an MSc in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Economics from the University of Brasilia.
