A telecom company wanted to develop a new venture for a groundbreaking project.
Solution
We used our technical expertise to structure a bankable project that would attract investors. We approached 41 potential strategic partners. Four expressed interest and two were shortlisted. An MOU was signed at the end.
Results
We helped the client attract financing for the project and select a Mandated Lead Arranger for the transaction. The project was essential for breaking up an established monopoly in the telecom services and expanding service provision to areas with limited reach.
