The IFC Uganda Primary Mortgage Market Initiative is being implemented through the generous support of the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO), and African Development Bank (ADB).

DANIDA supports a number of crosscutting themes; women’s participation in development, the environment, promotion of democracy, and observation of human rights. These are integrated into DANIDA’s development activities to strengthen the peace process and realize sustainable state(s). Hence, reducing poverty in developing countries is central to Danish development cooperation priorities

FMO supports the private sector in developing countries. The goal is to contribute to the structural and sustainable economic growth in these countries and, together with the private sector, obtain healthy returns. These returns make FMO a valuable risk partner. FMO builds bridges between entrepreneurs and capital, locally as well as across frontiers, for sustainable development and healthy returns.

The African Development Bank is Africa's premier financial development institution dedicated to fighting poverty and improving the lives of the continent's people. It engages in mobilizing resources for the economic and social progress of its regional member countries.
