Greg Kabance is the Managing Director for Fitch Ratings' Latin America and Emerging Markets structured finance group. He leads a group of 30 analysts responsible for analytical coverage of a variety of structures including RMBS, ABS, and future flows. Greg has played a pioneering role in the development of the future flow financing industry since its inception in the early 1990s, working on numerous transactions in more than 20 developing countries.

David McCaig joined Standard Bank in 2008 as Global Head of Securitization. Prior to joining Standard Bank, David was co-head of WestLB’s global emerging markets business where he led a team consistently rated at the top of the global league tables for arranging future flow financings. David is credited as being one of the key individuals in having created a global market for this asset class.

Jim Patti is a partner in the emerging markets practice group of the international law firm Mayer Brown LLP. While Jim's practice encompasses all forms of finance, his focus is principally on structuring transactions aimed at providing creditors greater structural protection than pure corporate credit lending. His work on more than 75 future flow transactions has helped to develop this industry and resulted in Mayer Brown reaching the top of the league tables for law firms advising on these structures.
