IFC's Investment Departments, Legal Department and B Loan Management maintain close communication throughout the disbursement process in order to verify compliance with Conditions of Disbursement ("CODs"). In addition, IFC interfaces with the Participants to ensure a smooth and timely disbursement of B Loans and to obtain Participants' consent for any waivers of CODs, if required.
