Project description
Arabesque, a wholesaler and distributor of construction materials in Romania, Ukraine and Moldova, proposes to expand its existing facilities as well as set up new facilities in Bulgaria and Serbia. IFC will support its capital expenditure program over the next three years through a general purpose corporate loan as well as through a guarantee of the underlying payment obligations related to the purchase of shares in “Budmax”, a Ukrainian subsidiary of Arabesque.
