On December 11-12, 2007 IFC together with Eurobusiness Advisory and Basics of Your Business will hold a seminar "Structuring and Sale of Russian ABS in International Markets".

The seminar will be conducted by Dr. Joseph Tanega of the Westminster University, London, UK.

Dr. Tanega is one of the leading international experts in the areas of financial law and has been working with IFC in developing M-STRIDE - analytical materials related to investor disclosure of the Russian ABS financial instruments. Part of the training program will be related to discussing current draft of M-STRIDE.
