Legal Committee

    The Legal Committee is comprised of over 35 participants including banks, banking associations, law firms and financial companies.
    The purpose of the Committee is two-fold: (i) to draft standard documents to be used for mortgage transactions such as a Standard Zakladnaya (i.e. Mortgage Certificate) and a Standard Loan Agreement, and (ii) to develop recommendations for government counterparts in order to improve current legislative environment for residential mortgage lending.
