In some instances, long-term results are not yet observed at the time of project completion, and therefore the manager and/or evaluation officer continues to track the results that occurred as a result of project’s activities (outcomes) and benefits to final beneficiaries (impacts) after the project’s completion. The previously created Project Completion Report form is used to update results in the system. |
