At completion, managers compile all available data and complete the AS-Project Completion Report, which records project results and compares these against goals pre-specified in the approval and supervision documents. The Project Completion Report requires managers to assess the project’s strategic relevance, the provision of outputs, outcomes, and impacts, the efficiency of resources expended, and the IFC’s role and contribution. This report can be an excellent resource for sharing results with colleagues and also for learning from the experiences of others because it provides a bottom-line snapshot of the project’s overall results relative to the original project objectives.
