DOTS Phase 4: Implementation

The AS-Project Supervision Report is IFC’s primary tool for monitoring project performance throughout implementation. Every six months project managers complete the report, addressing performance issues across three dimensions: (1) monitoring and evaluation, (2) financial progress/budget, and (3) timeline/deadlines. Managers must track achievement of project results (outputs, outcomes and impacts) along previously identified indicators, report on periodically conducted client satisfaction surveys, and monitor relevant national statistics benchmarks and media/analytical reports.
