The Scoping/Design phase (AS-PDS Approval) is intended to provide management with information about the activities planned for the project, to finalize the funding sources, and to ensure that the project is aligned with corporate and regional strategic priorities. This is when goals and objectives are clarified, needs/market-assessment studies are performed, and when evaluation officers should be assisting with the identification of key indicators.
