(3) I do not know which indicators I should be measuring. How can I find out?

Every core IFC product across the five advisory services business lines has its own list of standard indicators monitored via DOTS.

These are the indicators that are used for aggregation and benchmarking purposes, and so they are mandatory whenever they are relevent; they represent the minimum requirements for project monitoring. Staff wishing to track additional indicators may do so.
