Instructions to tender: |
The application is it to contain:
a CV,
references, and
a work and time plan based upon the above terms of reference.
The time and work plan should be no more than 3 pages of text and a 1 page bar chart, outlining the timing and phasing for the implementation of activities. The time plan shall also outline the periods of presence in the country.
It is understood that the work and time plan to be submitted can only be of indicative nature.

Financial proposal
The Consultant shall make a financial offer, on the basis of the daily rate applied to the number of days. Any costs for any office equipment and / or software required shall be covered from the fees.
IFC will cover the costs of International and local transport, and Per-diems. Travel days will not be paid for.
The Client will cover:
Local accommodation
Administrative costs for training, seminars, and workshops, e.g. food and refreshments, translation, training materials, etc. |
