Programs

PENSA programs are geared toward long lasting results and sustainability. As a technical assistance facility, PENSA operates on commercial principles and charges appropriate fees to cover costs.

The core programs are distributed across five offices: Denpasar, which also serves as headquarters, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Surabaya and Makassar.

Each program operates stand-alone, but works on cross-cutting programs that combine synergies amongst the other programs. For example, the access to finance program is working with farmer groups in the agribusiness linkages program to develop a better process for linking with banks.
