Strengthening the PNG Divers Association’s Operation and Business Opportunities

Further to undertaking an analysis of opportunities to improve web-based services of the PNG Divers Association (PNGDA), PEDF assisted in the development of a strategic plan to enable the Association to become self financing and more effective in the delivery of member services. PEDF also provided supplementary assistance to upgrading PNGDA’s e-commerce function.
