Disclosure Policy for IEG-IFC's Evaluation Products

IEG's new disclosure policy describes the public disclosure policy for Independent Evaluation Group-IFC (IEG-IFC) reports and is consistent with:

1. IFC's concurrently developed, updated Disclosure Policy; and
   
2. The World Bank (WB) Independent Evaluation Group's (IEG-WB's) Disclosure Policy statement approved by the WB's Board of Directors in January 2004.

The new Disclosure Policy is effective for all IEG-IFC reports distributed to IFC's Board of Directors after April 30, 2006. IEG-IFC's updated policy supersedes from its effectiveness date the 1998 Disclosure Policy, under which IEG-IFC has been operating so far.
