Lien joined IFC in December 1998. Previously, Lien worked as a chemical engineer for an international trading company. Lien holds an engineering diploma on Production Processes from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology and an MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Lien is a Vietnamese national.

Nguyen Nguyet ANH, Corporate Governance
Project Officer

Nguyet Anh joined IFC in September 2009. Nguyet Anh spent about 8 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vietnam and USA and was a senior manager in the PwC Mekong’s deal advisory group before she left the firm in early 2008. She was a Country Chief Financial Officer of Asea Brown Bovery group in Vietnam. Nguyet Anh used to live and work in New York, Taipei and Bangkok for five years from 2003 to 2007. During this period, she has developed an extensive international experience on financial due diligence, valuation and lead advisory on many large M&A deals with major Big Four accounting firms. Nguyet Anh hold a BA from the National Economics University in Hanoi and is a Fellow member of the United Kingdom Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Nguyet Anh is a Vietnamese national.

FERNANDEZ ZARA Juan Carlos,
Project Manager, Corporate Governance

Juan Carlos manages the Corporate Governance project in Vietnam. Juan Carlos joined IFC in 2005 and prior to working in Asia he was in charge of an IFC regional Corporate Governance Program in South East Europe. Before joining IFC he worked in Switzerland with Ernst & Young as a manager in the Legal / Banking and Finance Department. Juan Carlos has also worked with a private bank and with one of the largest law firms in Switzerland. He is a licensed attorney as well as LL.-M. and has an MBA from HEC University in Geneva, Switzerland.

Dang Kim Da HANG
Team Assistant, Corporate Governance

Hang joined IFC in 2003. Prior to that, she worked for the Australian Business Group of Vietnam for 3 years. She holds the MBC degree. Hang is a Vietnamese national.

BAS Rozemuller
Project Manager, Agricultural Supply Chain Linkages

Bas joined IFC in April 2008 as the Project Manager for the Agricultural Supply Chain Linkages Project in Cambodia. Prior to joining IFC, Bas worked for more than eight years for the ILO, mainly focusing on SME Development and Value Chain Analysis. His most recent posting was in Hanoi as an SME expert on a joint ILO-VCCI (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry) SME development project. Prior to that, Bas was based in Phnom Penh for two years as Chief Technical Advisor for a small enterprise development project, covering both Cambodia and Lao PDR. He has an M.A. degree in organizational science from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Bas is a Dutch national.

SOVITHEA Khun
Project Analyst

Sovithea joined IFC in September 2005. For his first two years, Sovithea worked on the Private Sector Forum, then moved to the Agribusiness Supply Chain Linkages program. Before joining the IFC, Sovithea had six years experience with NGOs and UN agencies focusing on SME development in Cambodia. He has a BSc degree in Hydro-geology engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, and a BBA in Accounting from the National Institute of Management. He also has an MSc in Maritime Administration from the World Maritime University in Sweden. Sovethia is a Cambodian national.

Team Assistant

Seda has worked for IFC Cambodia since November 2006. Seda previously worked at CARE Cambodia. Seda has a BA from the National Institute of Management in Cambodia. Seda is a Cambodian national.
