Ho Chi Minh City, December 07, 2004 — MPDF conducted a seminar on "Managing Change Successfully: An Integrated Framework for Consultants" for local management consultant in Ho Chi Minh City on 7 December 2004.
The seminar was designed to help management consultants to (i) explain why change management is a key element of success for any consulting project (ii) set out a practical approach to planning and managing change, introducing tools and techniques to use in each project phase, (iii) identify and address typical challenges consultants are facing; and (iv) identify demand for future seminars/ training on Change Management topics.
