Our advisory strategy is derived from an ongoing analysis of local and regional development needs. Our current strategic plan consists of five focal areas that a decade of ‘on the ground’ experience has indicated will best improve the investment climate and enterprise development. The focal areas are:

Improving the investment climate (IC): Working with governments, civil society, and private firms to improve conditions for private sector development.

Increasing private sector access to financial services (ATF): Working with financial institutions and regulators to extend their outreach to smaller businesses.

Improving competitiveness and productivity of firms (Corporate Advice): Working with firms to increase opportunities in potential growth sectors, and supporting the promotion of international best practices in corporate reporting and raised awareness of stakeholder and management responsibilities.

Improving environmental and social sustainability in private firms (ESS): Working with service providers, governments, and NGOs to increase company competitiveness and upgrade labor and environmental standards.

Increasing private sector access to infrastructure (ATI): Working with government and private firms for better infrastructure across the region to facilitate growth.
