CAN THO --- Over 70 participants from domestic consulting firms, universities and local organisations attended a consulting seminar yesterday in the Mekong Delta region’s Can Tho city.
The gathering, Consulting: Create Value for Clients, was aimed at developing the management consulting sector by enhancing its capabilities, and improving awareness of international consulting standards.
Participants discussed a variety of topics, including what the goals of consulting should be; how to communicate value to clients and deliver promised results to ensure that clients feel they are getting value for their money; and what consultant can do to make consultant –client relationship more productive and enduring.
The seminar was organised by the Mekong Private Sector Development Facility (MPDF) in co-ordination with the Can Tho branch of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Department of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. ---VNS.
