With Access to Infrastructure, we strive to bring more and better infrastructure across the region to support enterprise growth to ensure that communities have the means to raise their living standards through reliable delivery of basic services. In order to do so, we are helping the governments reduce the fiscal burdens involved in improving infrastructure by advocating public-private partnerships, and are currently scoping how our expertise will help SMEs participate in infrastructure projects. In conjunction with the ESS program, we are emphasizing environmentally sound solutions to current infrastructure bottlenecks. |    |
