Xuan-Dung has been working for IFC since July 1999. Before joining IFC, she worked for various commercial banks in Vietnam for nine years. She holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City, and an MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University in Massachusetts. Xuan-Dung is a Vietnamese national.
