The Access to Infrastructure program strives to bring more and better infrastructure across the region to support enterprise growth – especially in the facilitation of exports –thereby raise living standards through reliable delivery of basic services. In order to do so, we are helping the governments reduce the fiscal burdens involved in improving infrastructure by advocating public-private partnerships, and are currently scoping how our expertise will help SMEs participate in infrastructure projects. In conjunction with the ESS program, we are emphasizing environmentally sound solutions to current infrastructure bottlenecks.
