Since joining IFC as a marketing content specialist in September 2004, Huong has been responsible for developing the marketing training program. Apart from this, she has also been in charge of the product development team since September 2005. Huong has five years of experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) marketing and another five years in footwear import-export. Huong holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from Ho Chi Minh City’s Economics University and an MBA from Monash Mt.Eliza Business School in Australia. Huong is a Vietnamese national.

Tue joined in April 2002, after having spent five years working in an ADB-funded capacity building project for the Ministry of Planning and Investment. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Economics University and an MA in the Economics of Development from the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands. Tue is a Vietnamese national.

Thuy joined IFC in August 2004. Thuy has been responsible for training projects with local companies. Prior to that, Thuy had five years of experience in training and consulting on management systems.
Duong Thi Kim CHUNG
Project Officer, Product Development - BE
Chung joined IFC in May 2002. Her prior work experience includes two years as a lecturer at the National Economics University (NEU), and two years as a consultant for Arthur Andersen in Vietnam. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Economic University in Vietnam and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok. Chung is a Vietnamese national.

Thy joined IFC in April 2002 as one of the first Instructional Design Specialists and now manages the brand and distribution maintenance for Business Edge. Prior to that, she worked in corporate training for Unilever and Shell in Vietnam. Thy is a Vietnamese national.

Team Assistant, Brand and Distribution Network Maintenance - BE
Tam joined IFC in November 2003 after fourteen years of experience teaching English. Tam has degrees from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Social, Sciences and Humanities and the Ho Chi Minh College of Education and Training. Tam is a Vietnamese national.
