Tran Phuong TRINH
Operations Manager
Based in Hochiminh City, Vietnam
Since joining IFC MPDF in 2001, Trinh has been involved in all aspects of the Flexible Learning/Business Edge Project, including product development, consultant management, and marketing. She has over 17 years of experience in management training and development using both classroom and work-based approaches. Prior to joining IFC MPDF, Trinh was on the faculty of the Swiss-AIT-Management Development Program where she taught Operations Management and Total Quality Management in Service Businesses. She holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Tokyo University and a PhD in Strategic Management of Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok. Trinh is a Vietnamese national.

Nguyen Thien HUONG
Operations Officer
Huong joined IFC MPDF in November 2001, after spending two years working as a human resources consultant for KPMG in Vietnam and another year as a Project Officer for the GTZ SME promotion project. Huong was working for several programs like Business Development and Business Enabling Environment within MPDF. She has a BA in Economics from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi and an MBA from the French-Vietnamese Center for Management Education (CFVG) in Hanoi. Huong is a Vietnamese national.
Pham Thuy TRAM
Operations Assistant
Tram joined IFC MPDF in October 2000 after working for two-and-a-half years in the hotel industry. Tram is a graduate of the Foreign Language University and a Vietnamese national.
Le Bich HANH
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Hanh is responsible for monitoring and evaluation of all IFC MPDF's Programs in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Lao PDR. She started out as a Team Assistant in 1997, was promoted to Information Assistant in 1999, and, upon obtaining her MBA from Washington State University, USA in 2002, was further promoted to Business Development Analyst, BEE. Hanh moved to her current position in early 2003. She has a Bachelor's degree from the Piachigorsk Institute of Foreign Languages in Russia. Hanh is a Vietnamese national.
Dao Thi LIEN
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant
Lien joined MPDF in 1997, and is a graduate of the Hanoi Foreign Language University. Lien is a Vietnamese national.
Phan Phuong HIEN
Human Resources Officer
Hien is responsible for human resources issues for all of IFC MPDF. She is one of MPDF's original staff members, having joined in March 1997. Prior to that, she worked for five years as the office manager at CARE International. Hien is a graduate of the Hanoi National University, and a Vietnamese national.
Tran Tuyet NHUNG
Finance Officer
Nhung is responsible for overall budget oversight of IFC MPDF. She joined the Facility in 1997 as an Accounting Assistant, and was promoted to her current position in 2002. She is a graduate of the Hanoi National Economics University, and a Vietnamese national.
Phan Thi VAN
Finance Assistant
Van processes all consultant and vendor payments for the Hanoi office. She joined IFC MPDF in February 2002, after working as an accountant for more than eight years at the Christian Children's Fund of Australia, and for several international companies. She is a graduate of the Hanoi National Economics University and a Vietnamese national.
PATRICK Carpenter
Writer/editor
Patrick has more than ten years experience in journalism and publishing for both the public and private sectors. In Vietnam, Patrick worked as communications consultant for UNICEF and other NGOs before joining IFC MPDF. Patrick’s prior experience includes work as an equity research analyst for an Austrian investment bank. He holds a Masters degree in advanced international studies from the Johns Hopkins University.

Office administrator
Hanh joined IFC MPDF in 1997 and works as Hanoi’s office administrator. A graduate of the Hanoi Foreign Language University, Hanh is a Vietnamese national.
Hoang Tuan TU
Information Technology Assistant
Tu joined IFC MPDF in 1997, as one of the Facility’s original staff. In addition to his responsibilities as office driver, Tu performs technical support in the Hanoi office. He also assists visiting mission staff in all technology-related issues. Tu is a Vietnamese national.
Vu Lan ANH
Receptionist
Lan Anh joined MPDF in early 2008 after 6 years working at Unicef. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Institute of International Relations. She is a Vietnamese national.

Duong Thi Xuan DUNG
Operations Officer
Xuan-Dung has been working for IFC MPDF since July 1999. Before joining IFC, she worked for various commercial banks in Vietnam for nine years. She holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City, and an MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University in Massachusetts. Xuan-Dung is a Vietnamese national.
Ta Minh Thuy LOAN
Finance Assistant
Loan joined IFC MPDF in May 2002, after three years of experience in a trading company and another three years as a secretary and assistant to the senior manager of the Outreach MBA Program from the Netherlands. She holds a BA in English from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy. Loan is a Vietnamese national.
Nguyen Mai TRAM
Office administrator
Mai Tram joined IFC MPDF in August 2002. Prior to that, she worked for eight years at the petroleum companies of BHPP and Petronas Carigali in their human resource departments, and for two years at the Swinburne University of Technology as an office manager. She graduated from the University of Pedagogy, and holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Mai Tram is a Vietnamese national.

Information Technology Assistant
Thao is responsible for information technology management in the Ho Chi Minh City office. He joined the Facility in August 2003, and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Natural Sciences in Ho Chi Minh City. He had two years of prior work experience in web programming and network administration. Thao is a Vietnamese national.

Receptionist
Hang joined IFC MPDF in mid 2003. Prior to that, she worked in the hotel industry for three years and in the Foreign Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City for over 3 years. She holds MBC in English and is a Vietnamese national.

KHEANG Touch
Finance Analyst and IT Assistant
Kheang joined IFC MPDF in November 2000, bringing three years of work experience in database management and computer troubleshooting from UNDP/CARERE and Regent College. He graduated with distinction from the accounting college of the London Chamber of Commerce and has passed the Industry Examination Board (LCCIEB) in Bookkeeping and Accounting. Kheang is a Cambodian national.
KIM Sour Heng
Finance Assistant
Kimsour jointed IFC MPDF in November 2005. Prior to that, she spent four years as Management Account Assistant in Finance Department at British American Tobacco (Cambodia) and more than a year in R.M Asia Co., Ltd. Kimsour holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from National University of Management in Phnom Penh and is a Cambodian national.
ANN Bishop
Communications Consultant
Ann oversees internal and external communications for IFC MPDF in Cambodia and Lao PDR. Before joining the Facility in May 2003, Ann ran publishing operations for the Mekong River Commission and a Cambodian socio-economic research institute. Prior to 2000, Ann spent more than eight years as a radio, TV and print journalist, and another 15 years as an independent producer, and technical writer for Canadian government and international development agencies. She has a BA in History and Political Science. Ann is a Canadian national.
KUNTHEA Kea
Communications Assistant
Kunthea joined IFC MPDF in December 2004 to design and lay out publications for the Facility. Prior to IFC MPDF, Kunthea spent two years setting up a website for a GTZ project on food security and two years as Web Administrator for the Mekong River Commission. Prior to joining the MRC, Kunthea and partners established one of Cambodia’s first Internet cafes and provided training in Internet use and design to a wide range of clients. Kunthea holds a BA in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management and is a Cambodian national.

Office Administrator
Sarun joined IFC MPDF in December 2007. He holds an MBA in International Business from Pannasastra University of Cambodia and BA in Management from National University of Management. Prior to joining IFC MPDF, Sarun worked for international NGOs and UN agencies in Cambodia for a number of years as Administration Manager. Sarun is a Cambodian national.

Receptionist
Daneth joined IFC MPDF in July 2007 as the receptionist for Phnom Penh office. Before joining IFC MPDF, she worked for Pact Cambodia. Daneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Daneth is a Cambodian national.

SISOMOUK (Teo) Saimoungkhoun
Office Administrator and Finance Assistant
Teo manages the administration of the Lao PDR office. She joined IFC MPDF in August 1998, after working for seven years at Societe Shell du Laos. Teo is a graduate of the Accounting College in Vientiane and a Lao national.
