Nguyen Thien HUONG
Operations Officer
Huong joined IFC in November 2001, after spending two years working as a human resources consultant for KPMG in Vietnam and another year as a Project Officer for the GTZ SME promotion project. Huong was working for several programs like Business Development and Business Enabling Environment . She has a BA in Economics from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi and an MBA from the French-Vietnamese Center for Management Education (CFVG) in Hanoi. Huong is a Vietnamese national.
Pham Thuy TRAM
Operations Assistant
Tram joined IFC in October 2000 after working for two-and-a-half years in the hotel industry. Tram is a graduate of the Foreign Language University and a Vietnamese national.
Le Bich HANH
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Hanh is responsible for monitoring and evaluation of all IFC's Programs in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Lao PDR. She started out as a Team Assistant in 1997, was promoted to Information Assistant in 1999, and, upon obtaining her MBA from Washington State University, USA in 2002, was further promoted to Business Development Analyst, BEE. Hanh moved to her current position in early 2003. She has a Bachelor's degree from the Piachigorsk Institute of Foreign Languages in Russia. Hanh is a Vietnamese national.
Dao Thi LIEN
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant
Lien joined in 1997, and is a graduate of the Hanoi Foreign Language University. Lien is a Vietnamese national.
Phan Phuong HIEN
Human Resources Officer
Hien is responsible for human resources issues for all of IFC. She is one of IFC's original staff members, having joined in March 1997. Prior to that, she worked for five years as the office manager at CARE International. Hien is a graduate of the Hanoi National University, and a Vietnamese national.
Tran Tuyet NHUNG
Finance Officer
Nhung is responsible for overall budget oversight of IFC. She joined the Facility in 1997 as an Accounting Assistant, and was promoted to her current position in 2002. She is a graduate of the Hanoi National Economics University, and a Vietnamese national.
Phan Thi VAN
Finance Assistant
Van processes all consultant and vendor payments for the Hanoi office. She joined IFC in February 2002, after working as an accountant for more than eight years at the Christian Children's Fund of Australia, and for several international companies. She is a graduate of the Hanoi National Economics University and a Vietnamese national.
Chu Thi Van ANH
Communications Analyst
Van Anh joined IFC in November 2008 as a Communications Analyst. Prior to joining IFC, Van Anh spent 4 years as a journalist for a newspaper, and another 4 years as a Communications Officer for ActionAid Vietnam – an international NGO. She holds a Master’s degree in international studies from the Institute for International Relations, Vietnam. Van Anh is a Vietnamese national.
PATRICK Carpenter
Writer/editor
Patrick has more than ten years experience in journalism and publishing for both the public and private sectors. In Vietnam, Patrick worked as communications consultant for UNICEF and other NGOs before joining IFC. Patrick’s prior experience includes work as an equity research analyst for an Austrian investment bank. He holds a Masters degree in advanced international studies from the Johns Hopkins University.
Pham My HANH
Office administrator
Hanh joined IFC in 1997 and works as Hanoi’s office administrator. A graduate of the Hanoi Foreign Language University, Hanh is a Vietnamese national.
Hoang Tuan TU
Information Technology Assistant
Tu joined IFC in 1997, as one of the Facility’s original staff. In addition to his responsibilities as office driver, Tu performs technical support in the Hanoi office. He also assists visiting mission staff in all technology-related issues. Tu is a Vietnamese national.

Receptionist
Kieu Anh has joined IFC team since April 2009 after nearly 04 years being worked at DFID (The UK Department for International Development) as administration assistant, account assistant, personal assistant to Head of Mission and receptionist. She graduated Diplomatic degree at UNITEC in New Zealand in 2004. Kieu Anh is a Vietnamese national.

Office administrator
Mai Tram joined IFC in August 2002. Prior to that, she worked for eight years at the petroleum companies of BHPP and Petronas Carigali in their human resource departments, and for two years at the Swinburne University of Technology as an office manager. She graduated from the University of Pedagogy, and holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Mai Tram is a Vietnamese national.
Ta Minh Thuy LOAN
Finance Assistant
Loan joined IFC in May 2002, after three years of experience in a trading company and another three years as a secretary and assistant to the senior manager of the Outreach MBA Program from the Netherlands. She holds a BA in English from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy. Loan is a Vietnamese national.

Information Technology Assistant
Thao is responsible for information technology management in the Ho Chi Minh City office. He joined the Facility in August 2003, and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Natural Sciences in Ho Chi Minh City. He had two years of prior work experience in web programming and network administration. Thao is a Vietnamese national.

Receptionist
Van joined IFC in March 2009. Prior to that, she worked for two years at Honeywell as country manager’s assistant, and almost three years at a software company as sales and marketing for ERP product. She graduated from the University of Technology and holds Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Van is a Vietnamese national.

SOKLEANG Kim
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Sokleang joined IFC in June 2008. Before joining the IFC, Sokleang worked for eight years on monitoring and evaluation in Cambodia with various international NGOs and UN agencies. Sokleang has a Masters of Social Science in Development Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and a BBA in Business Management from the National Institute of Management in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Sokleang is a Cambodian National.
KHEANG Touch
Finance Analyst
Kheang joined IFC in November 2000, bringing three years of work experience in database management and computer troubleshooting from UNDP/CARERE and Regent College. He graduated with distinction from the accounting college of the London Chamber of Commerce and has passed the Industry Examination Board (LCCIEB) in Bookkeeping and Accounting. Kheang is a Cambodian national.

Finance Assistant
Kimsour joined IFC in November 2005. Prior to that, she spent four years as Management Account Assistant in Finance Department at British American Tobacco (Cambodia) and more than a year in R.M Asia Co., Ltd. Kimsour holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from National University of Management in Phnom Penh and is a Cambodian national.

Communications Assistant
Kunthea joined IFC in December 2004 to design and layout publications for the Advisory Services. Prior to IFC, Kunthea spent two years setting up a website for a GTZ project on food security and two years as Web Administrator for the Mekong River Commission. Kunthea holds a BA in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management and is a Cambodian national.

Office Administrator
Sarun joined IFC in December 2007. He holds an MBA in International Business from Pannasastra University of Cambodia and BA in Management from National University of Management. Prior to joining IFC, Sarun worked for international NGOs and UN agencies in Cambodia for a number of years as Administration Manager. Sarun is a Cambodian national.

IT Assistant
Masitha joined IFC in April 2009. Masitha previously worked at Veterans International (VI). He has a BA from the National Institute of Management in Cambodia. Masitha is a Cambodian national.

Kimleang has worked for IFC Cambodia since June 2009. Kimleang is the third year student at Norton University in Cambodia. Kimleang is a Cambodian national.

Teo manages the administration of the Lao PDR office. She joined IFC in August 1998, after working for seven years at Societe Shell du Laos. Teo is a graduate of the Accounting College in Vientiane and a Lao national.

Receptionist
Viengnakhone joined IFC in July 2007 after 1.5 years of work as a translator at Oxiana Company Ltd based in Xepon Village of Savannakhet Province. Viengnakhone completed a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Post and Telecommunications Economics from Hanoi University of Transports and Communications in Vietnam. Viengnakhone is a Lao national.
