Margarete is responsible for IFC MPDF's financial market projects in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Lao PDR. Before joining IFC MPDF in June 2006, Margarete worked with KfW, where she was responsible for financial market investments in Eastern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. She also headed KfW's investments in global microfinance funds and worked in risk management on developing a limit management system for KfW's financial market exposure. Prior to joining KfW, Margarete worked with a consulting company on privatization and SME development. Margarete holds a BA (Economics & International Politics) from University of Cape Town and a Master of Economics from Hochschule fuer Wirtschaft und Politik in Hamburg, Germany. Margarete is a German national.

Hung joined IFC MPDF in November 2007. Before coming back to Vietnam, Hung worked in Bangkok as an independent consultant for several companies in technology and business process re-engineering projects. Hung has several years of experience with Dun & Bradstreet International Limited where he was responsible for credit bureau development, risk management and credit scoring development for Asia Pacific, Latin America and Canada. Hung hold a BA in finance from Universite de Quebec a Montreal. He is a Canadian national.
Dam Trung KIEN

Kien joined IFC MPDF in December 2007, where he is responsible for Vietnam’s Bank Advisory Projects. Previously, he worked for 7 years for Deloitte Vietnam as an audit and financial advisory services manager in Vietnam. He also spent 2 years with Deloitte & Touch in USA. Kien is a graduate of the National Economics University and holds both US and Vietnam CPA. He is a Vietnamese national.

Program Assistant - ATF
Ny joined IFC MPDF in January 2004 after several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, AISC. My graduated from National University and is obtaining a second BA in Accounting from the National Economics University. My is a Vietnamese national.
Pham Thi Thanh HUYEN
Program Assistant - ATF
Huyen joined IFC MPDF in December 2005. Huyen provides assistance to the BEE Program Manager and to BEE project implementation in all countries, and to the ATF program in Vietnam. Huyen has nearly eight years of working experience for UNDP and DANIDA on projects focused on capacity building in the legal field. She holds an LLM from the Ho Chi Minh Law University and BA in Public Administration from the National Academy for Public Administration. Huyen is a Vietnamese national.

Vathana joined MPDF in November 1999, bringing five years of professional experience at British American Tobacco, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia, and Cambodia Commercial Bank. He obtained a Master's degree in Financial Management from Central Queensland University in Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National Institute of Management in Phnom Penh. Vathana is a Cambodian national.

Sidet joined IFC MPDF in November 2006. Sidet has four years of prior experience in office administration with various private companies in Phnom Penh, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Sidet is a Cambodian national.

LISTSAMY Latsavong
Project Officer – ATF
Litsamy joined IFC MPDF in 1999 as a Business Development Officer in the former Company Advisory Assistance Program. Before joining IFC MPDF, Litsamy worked for the Bank of Laos as a foreign exchange officer for five years. Prior to that, he was the head of the Credit Department of BCEL, a local state-owned commercial bank. Litsamy holds an MBA from Thammasat University in Thailand and an MA in Economics from Rostov on Don University in Russia. Listsamy is a Lao national.

Sakhone joined IFC MPDF in May 2000 after five years of work at the Obayashi Corporation. She is a graduate of the Accounting College in Vientiane and a Lao national.
