Kulon – Russian Federation
IFC provided debt financing of $7.5 million to ZAO Kulon Development and ZAO Kulon Estate for the construction of two warehousing and logistics facilities in the Moscow metropolitan area. Kulon group of companies sets the standard in the development and operation of high-quality warehouses in Russia’s capital, where the demand for such facilities far surpasses the current supply. The IFC project involves the construction and operation of the warehouse and office complexes with the total leasable area of more than 40,000 square meters.
