IFC's Disclosure Policy

IEG-IFC's Disclosure Policy describes the public disclosure policy for Independent Evaluation Group-IFC (IEG-IFC) reports and is consistent with:

	IFC's concurrently developed, updated Disclosure Policy; and
	The World Bank (WB) Independent Evaluation Group's (IEG-WB's) Disclosure Policy statement approved by the WB's Board of Directors in January 2004.

The IEG-IFC Disclosure Policy is effective for all IEG-IFC reports distributed to IFC's Board of Directors after April 30, 2006 and supersedes the 1998 Disclosure Policy under which IEG-IFC operated previously.
