Netherlands–IFC Partnership Program (NIPP)

The Netherlands is the second-largest donor to the IFC Technical Assistance Trust Fund Program (TATF). In 2001, the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Affairs set up partnership programs to bring all of IFC’s technical assistance programs under an umbrella agreement, with streamlined structures and procedures.
