  • We favor risk-pooling arrangements that increase access to the poor and that enable blended financing, including contributions from donors and development finance institutions. With economic growth and the development of health care systems around the world, we are also seeing the increase of risk-pooling mechanisms which are already in use in countries, such as Egypt and Turkey.
