Corporate Governance Surveys |
From the period of March through April IFC conducted a baseline survey on the Corporate governance practices among the Georgian companies. The objective of survey was to take a snapshot of corporate governance practices in Georgia. The survey is expected to determine and understand the extent to which internationally recognized corporate governance best practices are implemented in the day-to-day activities of the Georgian companies.
At the present moment the survey results are analyzed. They are expected to be published by Fall, 2004.
