Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) is an important component of GBI's work, acting as a helpful tool not only for management and stakeholders, but for clients and partners alike. GBI has developed a comprehensive M&E approach to effectively track and monitor progress on each of its projects. Individual project scorecards;a department scorecard and metrics summary, and individual project evaluations and log frames are a few of the many tools used to capture and assess various economic and social indicators and overall progress.
