Reporting

In 2004, IFC began reporting footprint data from our Washington, DC Headquarters office — our largest facility with more than half our staff — in a stand alone Sustainability Report (2004). We continued in 2005 with our second annual Sustainability Report (2005), and in 2006, we integrated our footprint information into our 2006 Annual Report. In these reports, we made references to inspiring initiatives from our country offices in addition to our Headquarters' footprint data and trends.

In 2007, IFC has published one integrated report on our performance, which combines the Corporation's Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Report to Donors and information about the development effectiveness of our operations. This website serves as a compliment to the information in the printed report.

Our goal is to report on footprint data from all our country offices in addition to our Headquarters' facilities in Washington, DC. We are currently improving our methodology for collecting footprint data from our country offices worldwide so we can also report regional and corporate-wide figures.
