Building Competitive Trade Logistics for Global Markets (May 5, 2008)

FIAS and IFC's BEE Business Line has launched the Trade Logistics Advisory Program in response to rapidly growing demand from client countries for assistance in reducing their time and cost to trade. The Program aims to generate momentum for trade logistics-related reform in client countries and provide WBG staff with critical information, strategic guidance and operational tools to enhance the effectiveness of their work in this area.

The conference brought together renowned experts, high-level government officials and multinationals. They shared their views, experiences and lessons learned on how to improve efficiency of trade logistics.
