World Water Day: Join the IFC/World Bank Online Dialogue on Water
With World Water Day coming on March 22, and as a follow up to the World Bank's Water week, the Private Sector Development (PSD) blog is running this week an online dialogue on water issues. Corinne Figueredo, Manager of the Cleaner Technologies practice area, will be blogging on the IFC side. Tracy Hart, a global technical advisor to trans-boundary water resource management projects, will be her counterpart from the World Bank. The dialogue will cover some of the latest thinking on water treatment, financing of high-risk, micro-scale technologies, and the role of private and public sector in water supply.
The dialogue aims to showcase collaboration between the Bank and the IFC, raise the profile of our work on water and engage on a debate with external stakeholders. It follows last year's successful online dialogue on climate change.
