External Training on IFC's New Performance Standards on Social and Environmental Sustainability

IFC offers guidance, e-training and support for commercial banks, export insurance agencies, and other financial intermediaries in applying the Performance Standards to their lending and investment operations.

Moreover, in 2006 IFC selected four firms tasked to deliver external training on IFC's new Performance Standards on Social and Environmental Sustainability. Currently, two firms deliver the training course and use predominantly IFC material to address the training needs of Equator Principle Financial Institutions and other interested financial instiutions.
